Starting on April 1, 2019, we will begin storing credit cards on file (securely encrypted and not visible to our staff). As a convenience for both of us, we will automatically charge your card 2 weeks after you receive your statement. If you would prefer to pay with a different card, pay by check, or set up a flexible payment plan, please let us know when you receive your statement. You will not receive your statement until AFTER your insurance has paid its portion of the bill.

The credit card processing is handled through a secure vendor called USPay/Xpress-pay, which is why you will see both logos on the page.
You can either "pay as a guest" or you can "create an account". We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
